To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, ERP software applications and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Prepare structural calculations, drawings, specifications and estimate construction costs and in a supervisory capacity make decisions independently and direct the development of structural engineering projects. Work with other engineers and CAD technicians to complete project deliverable. Assist Business Development in pursuing new work including participation in client presentations. Three-dimensional conceptual skills.
Required minimum 3 years experience in similar position with a leading construction company. Required effective communication skills in Malayalam and English. She should be able to coordinate and communicate with Clients and Construction Team in time to time. Follow-up with Client for the progress of works and other matters related to construction works. She should be familiar in MS Office. She should be able to think quickly in providing solutions to the problems of customers. She should possess a pleasant and clear speaking voice, coupled with a fluency in Malayalam and English.
WBS(Work breakdown Structure) civil engineer required for a leading roadways and highways construction company in Kannur, Kerala. Food and accomodation will be provided.
Min. 6 years total experience and min. 2 years in Roadways and Highways Projects. Should be able to handle end to end project..
