One of the leading online travel management companies (OTA) in UAE is looking for:

Position: Corporate Travel Consultants (Sales)

No. of position: 1 

Job location: Kochi, Kerala

Salary: INR 45000 to 75000/month + Incentives + Statutory benefits

Working time: 11AM to 7PM

Your responsibilities will be to 

1) Help customer plan perfectly organized trips online, over the telephone or by email for corporate clients.   

2) Issue flight tickets, hotel reservations and other travel service. 

3) Build seasonal travel packages based on market trends and promotional fares. 

4) Keep up to date with travel trends, restrictions rules and regulations in the region. 

The ideal candidate is 

1) Excellent communication skills 

2) At least 4 years of experience in ticketing and reservation role in IATA travel agency and handling corporate customers.

3) Experience working with Amadeus /Sabre GDS. 

4) An in-depth understanding of travel industry policies including faring, refunds, reissues and itinerary changes.
