A call center operations manager is responsible for overseeing a team of agents who are responsible for answering customers’ calls. They ensure that qualitative and quantitative objectives, such as customer satisfaction and efficiency, are being achieved. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • The Operations Manager is responsible for hiring and training call center representatives, establishing goals for call center employees to follow, and resolving any customer issues or other call center problems that occur.
  • They also develop and implement policies and procedures, and ensure that the call center meets its targets.
  • The Operations Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and supervising call center agents to ensure that they possess the necessary skills that are required to satisfy the needs of customers and out-perform sales benchmarks set by the organization.
