Key Responsibilities

Cleaning and Maintenance

o Clean, sanitize, and organize guest rooms, common areas, and designated workspaces.

o Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

o Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop floors.

o Change bed linens, towels, and toiletries as per set standards.

o Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are stocked with essential supplies (e.g., toiletries, towels, and tissues).

o Replenish cleaning supplies in storage areas as needed.

o Inspect rooms and public areas for damage or maintenance needs and report them to the supervisor.

o Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and report any issues for repair or replacement.

o Handle washing, drying, ironing, and folding of linens or guest laundry (if required).

o Monitor the condition of linens and request replacements if needed.

Key Skills and Competencies

Ability to ensure high cleaning standards in every task.

Efficiently complete tasks within assigned time frames.

Ability to work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments.

Basic verbal communication skills to interact with guests and supervisors.

Keeping track of cleaning schedules and maintaining supplies.
