Job Summary
The Guest Relationship Executive is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for guests by providing excellent service, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. The role involves acting as a liaison between the organization and its guests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously.
Key Responsibilities
o Welcome guests warmly and ensure their needs are promptly addressed.
o Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or facilities.
o Handle guest complaints or feedback with empathy and resolve issues efficiently.
o Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all guest interactions.
o Monitor guest satisfaction and report insights to management.
o Liaise with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests (e.g., housekeeping, catering, or technical support).
o Maintain records of guest interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
o Suggest dining, activities, or other relevant offerings based on guest preferences.
o Maintain an accurate log of all guest interactions, issues, and resolutions.
o Ensure all guest-related policies and procedures are followed.
