We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive specializing in Recruitment to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition:

o Identify current and future hiring needs in collaboration with department managers.

o Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).

2. Screening & Selection:

o Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.

o Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent rounds.

3. Onboarding:

o Manage the pre-onboarding process, including offer rollouts, background checks, and documentation.

o Facilitate smooth integration of new hires through structured onboarding programs.

4. Compliance & Policies:

o Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

o Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
