Job Description

* Min 1 year experience in working in operations profile in any NBFC/Microfinance company

* Must have knowledge about Gold loan/Microfinance basics and processes

* Should be adept in loan processing/KYC/documentation procedures

* Must be operationally efficient

Responsibilities

* Will be handling back-end work from the HO

* Coordinate with branches for smooth functioning of operational procedures

* Will be handling loan documentation and other related activities
