Position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Salary: INR 40000/month + attractive Incentives and other allowances

Functional Responsibilities  

1.      Assist management in implementation of business development plan for the stores ensuring alignment with the overall stores target.

2.      To create individual business development target ensuring that the overall targets are met.

3.      Collect leads from different sources of prospective customers from various sources

4.      Ensure the entry of leads into the database

5.      Ensure that the leads are assigned to different business development executives based on their location

6.      Monitor the visits of the business executives through GPS tracking 

7.      Make follow up calls to the prospective customers visited by business development executives to ensure that the visit has been successful.

8.      Visit high net worth customers to convince them to make purchases. 

9.      Lead and ensure proper implementation of the marketing campaigns at the store based on inputs from management.
