Job Overview:
An Area Service Coordinator for home appliances
is responsible for managing and overseeing service operations within a
designated region. This role ensures that customer service requests, repairs,
and maintenance for home appliances are handled efficiently and effectively.
The coordinator acts as a bridge between customers, technicians, and the
company, ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
o Schedule and assign service calls to technicians based on location and
expertise.
o Monitor service requests to ensure timely completion and high-quality
outcomes.
o Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and
professionally.
o Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues related to service delays or
appliance repairs.
o Manage and support field technicians, providing necessary tools, parts, and
guidance.
o Track technician performance, including punctuality, quality of work, and
customer feedback.
o Provide technical support or escalate complex issues to higher management.
o Monitor the inventory of spare parts and ensure timely replenishment.
o Coordinate delivery of required tools, parts, and appliances to technicians
or customers.
o Ensure all service operations comply with company policies, safety standards,
and industry regulations.
o Conduct regular training sessions for technicians on company procedures and
customer interaction.
