Develop and Execute Marketing Plans:

Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote the brand and drive sales.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.

Create and manage content tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the brand’s image.

In-Store Promotions and Events:

Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and events to attract customers.

Partner with suppliers or designers for co-marketing opportunities.

Brand Management:

Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.

Work closely with design teams to ensure product presentation aligns with brand values.

Customer Relations Management

Customer Experience:

Develop strategies to deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to maintain a positive brand image.
