Shift timings: 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm

Job Overview:
The Customer Care Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the financial services sector. The Customer Care Associate plays a critical role in fostering positive relationships with customers and enhancing their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
o Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers inquiring about services.
o Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding service offerings, pricing, policies, and availability.
Issue Resolution:
o Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
o Stay up-to-date with the range of domestic services offered by the company to provide clear, accurate, and helpful advice to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
o Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Performance Tracking:
o Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, call handling time, and other relevant KPIs.
o Continuously seek ways to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience.
Skills & Competencies:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
o Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
o Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor.
o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
