Job Title: Project Engineer-Civil

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Graduates 5+ years and Diploma holders 10+ Years of Experience

Salary: Up to 50kpm + Food and accommodation plus incentives and allowances

Job Summary::

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with at least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, planning, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing complex civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and working collaboratively with teams to deliver quality results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: 

• Project Management: 

• Site Supervision: Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Provide guidance to junior engineers and subcontractors on-site.

• Technical Analysis: Conduct detailed calculations, surveys, and tests to ensure the feasibility, safety, and performance of designs and materials.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other engineers to resolve design and construction issues and ensure effective project delivery.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering 

• Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).

• Solid understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in project management and leadership roles.

• Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and materials.
