Job Description

UK based MNC in IT Sector is looking for:


Job Title: Associate-Payroll Operations

Total Openings: 02

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Mode: Hybrid (3 days office & 2 days work from home)

Gender: Any

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers can apply)

Salary: Up to 3lpa + Cab facility

Shift: 1:30pm to 10:30pm - Monday-Friday

Require excellent communication skill in English (You shall be processing UK payroll for clients and interacting with employees in UK as well)



Job Profile:

To process the payrolls by meeting the obligations such as TAT, Accuracy levels as specified on the KPI

To provide an effective and efficient payroll service to customers (Internal/External), ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees’ salaries

Respond to requests, queries, and complaints from external customers in a friendly and efficient manner to enhance customer loyalty/service

To proactively seek learning opportunities to develop and maintain good knowledge of process & systems, clients, workflow, and process instructions

To take an active part in promoting your own training and development in all areas

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities –


Responsible for processing and meeting targets given by the Team Lead/Management

Responsible for first level verification of data when required

Responsible for timely escalation of production/product related issues

Responsible for maintaining accuracy

Prioritize and action daily tasks to accomplish the SLA

Update Process Related Reports and Documents 

Follow and comply ISMS/QMS Compliance of the team

Adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations

Follow payroll checklists, business standards & quality processes thoroughly

Adhere to work timings & leave schedules


Requirements:


Business Knowledge –

Knowledge of the Outsourcing business

HR knowledge and experience

Report writing skills

Business Awareness

Client Focus UK & Irish payroll knowledge and experience (added advantage)

Time and Attendance experience (or desire to learn)


Eligibility Criteria

Essential Functional/Technical Skills –
PC Literacy – Word, Excel – Intermediate (must)
Graduate from any stream / Diploma Holder (Commerce background – preferable).
Must have minimum 1 years end to end UK payroll experience.
