4. Stakeholder Management
o Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
o Represent the company in public engagements, media, and with partners.
5. Team Leadership
o Build and lead a high-performing executive team.
o Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
o Evaluate and mentor senior leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
6. Risk Management
o Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience as a GM or senior managerial position
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market forces, and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or above
