Position: Fund Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA)
· Review the gold ornament requirements of South Kerala showrooms
· Place purchase order to the appropriate vendor as per Stock requirement.
· Find appropriate vendors among the approved lists and place purchase orders.
· Follow up the vendors and ensure the timely delivery of placed orders.
· To maintain minimum liability with vendors as per the requirement of establishment.
· Prepare payment schedule tracker pertaining to the details of vendor and share the same to DGM.
Major Function
· Coordinate fund details with Bullion Cutting Coordinator
· Daily checking shops melting weight details
· Distribution of received metal GS as per items requirement basic
· Managing vendor calls
· Daily checking GS Liability
· Melting slip preparation
· Normal & scheme cutting slip preparation
· To issue payment chart to the concerned CTP staff for the payments made as weight.
· Liaise with the vendors and maintain a good rapport so as to negotiate payment terms and service standard.
· Apart from the above mentioned responsibilities you will be responsible for any additional duty assigned by the reporting head.
· The management will be the final authority in addition/amendments for the above mentioned roles and responsibilities.
