About Role
The Marketing Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to equip marketing teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to excel in their roles. This role involves conducting in-depth training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development:
o Develop comprehensive training programs and materials on core marketing topics such as digital marketing, branding, content strategy, SEO, PPC, social media, and customer acquisition.
2. Training Delivery and Facilitation:
o Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars on marketing concepts, techniques, and tools.
3. Assessment and Evaluation:
o Design assessments, quizzes, and feedback mechanisms to measure trainees’ understanding and retention of training material.
o Track and report on training outcomes, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
o Use feedback from participants to refine and improve training programs continually.
4. Knowledge Gap Identification:
o Regularly assess the skill levels and training needs of the marketing team, identifying knowledge gaps and areas requiring development.
o Manage training schedules, ensuring timely delivery of programs for new hires and existing team members.
5. Mentorship and Ongoing Support:
o Provide one-on-one coaching or small group support for individuals needing additional guidance or mentorship.
Skills:
o Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
o Proficiency in e-learning platforms, presentation tools, and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems).
o Ability to translate complex marketing concepts into easy-to-understand training material.
