Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities; professional and courteous in all interactions. Must be able to communicate in Hindi and English

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite 


Position Summary:
The Admin Executive provides essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing daily office tasks, coordinating with departments, and maintaining communication with external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in multitasking. They should possess strong communication abilities, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to managing administrative tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management 
  1. Administrative Support
    • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, managing records, and processing paperwork.
    • Prepare, organize, and distribute internal documents, reports, and correspondence.
    • Provide support for scheduling, including meeting setup, event planning, and appointment scheduling.
    • Maintain good relationships with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  2. Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, invoices, and client information.
    • Track and manage contracts, office leases, and other important agreements.
  3. Finance and Budget Assistance
    • Assist in processing invoices, handling petty cash, and maintaining expense reports.
    • Monitor budget allocations for office supplies and administrative expenses.
    • Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Minimum of [3] years in an administrative role or similar position.
