Job Role: HR Manager

Location: Thrissur

Applicants should be natives of Thrissur

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or an MBA would be an advantage

Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a financial services or NBFC environment.

Budget: CTC 50k-60k + profit linked Incentives, and other benefits

The HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations related to HR practices.
