Salary Range- 3.6lpa to 5lpa (based on experience and sales ability) + Incentives + Other statutory benefits
PURPOSE
Branch Manager- Branch
Operations and sales is responsible for the overall Business of all asset and
liability product of the Branch and also all Operational aspect on daily basis as per the Policy and
Direction on time to time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· End-to-End ownership of Branch/CFC operations of the Society.
· Complete
responsibility of End-to-End operations/ sales activities of the Branches.
· 100%
Efficiency, Productivity and fulfilment of the assigned task given by the
Society Management.
· Supporting the Recruitment,
training, and supporting Managers and their team members .
· Developing and implementing business,
marketing plans of branch on time to
time.
· Single point
of contact between the CFC/ Branch for Branch operation and overall sales.
· To coordinate
with multiple stakeholders to solve issues in real-time escalations on ground.
· Ensure Day today operation of the Branches / CFC as
per the Guidance and Policy of the Society
· Monitor all statutory registration and ensure
the same in advance without any delay
and penalty.
· To Coordinate and ensure stationary and other
payment requirement of Branches on time .
· Ensure the SOP of Branch Opening and Closing of
Branches/CFC, Safe room Custodial responsibilities, Key Management, Cash
Management, Bank Management, Fund Transfers
on regular basis.
· Rectify Software
issues and ensure fast rectification for smooth operations of the branch.
· Ensure Day Begin and Day end Process in software and
cash Balance.
· Preparation of Notes for various approvals.
· Monitor Asset Management and arrange Branch requirements as per the
requirements.
· Ensure HR policies of the society among the Branch
staff
· Coordinate repair and maintenance of Branches through concerned department.
· Inter department coordination for various Branch
requirements
· Training of Process and Policies in a daily basis to
staff.
· Achievement of business Target of Deposits and loan on regular basis.
· Ensure timely payment of Telephone, IT related
expenses, Statutory Payments and Daily expenses of the CFC/ Branches etc Ability to recruit and appoint Agents
/associates for mobilising Liability within his/her team
· Attend review meeting and present the business
position.

handling a large number to Team members

expertise in Sales of Banking Products
· Energetic and
Highly Enthusiastic for achieving Business goals
· Knowledge in local Languages and English
· Ready to Relocate and interest in Travelling
· Multi - tasking ability for implementation of
projects
· Good Communication and Training skill
