For a large business group for their Tours and Travels Section requires:

Position: Operations Head

Location: Kochi

Gender: Male

Qualification: Any graduate/3 years diploma

Experience: Min 10 years in Tour and Travels industry operations

Salary budget: CTC 12lpa + Incentives, and other statutory benefits including allowances

No Accommodation 

Job Details:

1. Operational Management
    - Oversee tour operations, logistics, and supply chain management
    - Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
2. Team Management
    - Lead and manage a team of operations staff, tour managers, and guides
    - Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
3. Customer Experience
    - Ensure high-quality customer experience through excellent service delivery
    - Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
4. Vendor Management
    - Develop and maintain relationships with vendors (hotels, transportation, etc.)
    - Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance
5. Quality Control
    - Implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence
    - Conduct regular audits and inspections
6. Compliance and Risk Management
    - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
    - Identify and mitigate operational risks
7. Financial Management
    - Manage operational budgets, forecast revenue, and control expenses
    - Analyze financial performance and provide insights for improvement
