Salary Range- 500000/- to 600000/- PA
PURPOSE
Area Manager- Branch
Operations and sales is responsible for the overall business of all asset and
liability product of the Branches and Customer facilitation center of the area and
also all Operational aspect on daily
basis as per the Policy and Direction on
time to time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• End-to-End ownership of Branch/CFC operations of the Society under his/ her area.
• Complete responsibility of End-to-End operations/ sales activities of the Branches.
• 100% Efficiency, Productivity and fulfilment of the assigned task given by the Society Management.
• Supporting the Recruitment, training, and supporting Managers and their team members.
• Developing and implementing business, marketing plans on time to time.
• Single point of contact between the CFC/ Branch for Branch operation and overall sales.
• To coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve issues in real-time escalations on ground.
• Ensure Day today operation of the Branches / CFC as per the Guidance and Policy of the Society
• Monitor all statutory registration and ensure the same in advance without any delay and penalty.
• To Coordinate and ensure stationary and other payment requirement of Branches on time through BM/Managers.
• Close monitor the SOP of Branch Opening and Closing of Branches/CFC, Safe room Custodial responsibilities, Key Management, Cash Management, Bank Management, Fund Transfers on regular basis.
• Monitor Software issues and ensure fast rectification for smooth operations of offices.
• Verify Day Begin and Day end Process in software and cash Balance.
• Preparation of Notes for various approvals and staff management as per schedules.
• Monitor Asset Management and arrange Branch requirements as per approvals.
• Ensure HR policies of the society in all CFC and Branch staff
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of CFC and Branches through concerned department.
• Supporting of New Branch opening, Site finalisation and inauguration activities.
• Inter department coordination for various Branch requirements
• Branch Visits and Training of Process and Policies in a periodical basis.
• Achievement of Gold loan Target on regular basis.
• Ensure timely payment of Telephone, IT related expenses, Statutory Payments and Daily expenses of the CFC and Branches etc Ability to recruit and appoint Agents /associates for mobilising Liability within his/her team
• Attend review meeting and present the business position on a regular basis.
• Conduct and coordinate review meeting for Branch/CFC staff
