For a large jewellery group in retail sector is looking for:
Job post: Inventory Controller-Gold and Diamonds
Location: Thrissur
Experience: 5 Years’ experience in gold and diamond handled in similar kind of profile with leading jewellers.
Qualification: Graduates or diploma holders
Salary: Up to 40k/month + profit sharing incentives + other statutory benefits
No Food or Accommodation
Gender: Male
Preferred Thrissur natives
Immediate joiners are preferred.
·
Prime task of the proposed work is
strict monitoring of the stock at branches and report to Group CEO,
periodically.
·
Regular visit to branches and
verify the details of items which may be the cause of investment block,
bearing interest loss to the company, affect the cash flow of the
company.
·
Prepare the list of items which has
to be categorised such as, very old, damaged, out of fashion, over studded and
similar items which are not advisable for display.
·
Control over stock so that no
above mentioned (clause 3) items are coming back to display from other shops.
·
Recommend, the list of stock items
for melting and use it for fresh stock.
·
Find out the items which are having
more quantity of stones than in tag ( which is not matching with the tagged
weight) and recommend for retagging.
·
Recommend to the CTP and CDP for the
items required for each shops.
