We have an urgent opening for Back-end operations executive for a leading Stock Broking firm to handle their Mutual Fund application.

Job Title: Back-end Operations Executive

Job Location: Kochi

Gender: Any

Language: Should be able to speak fluent English and Hindi languages

Education: Graduation and above.

Experience: Fresher or max 3yrs experienced

Salary max Up to 28,000/month CTC
Mon-Fri working
Work time- 9:30am-6pm
Interview mode: Face to face at Kochi

Role & responsibilities:

Understand the working of the Mutual Fund application(APP)
Resolve any queries or support customer issues.
Liaise with software team and client for any issue resolution
Manage the Backend operations work related to the MF APP.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduation and above.
Must be smart and proactive
Should be able to speak fluent English and Hindi languages
NO sales and NO targets.
Attend only incoming customer calls.
