Job Title: Quality and Compliance Manager

Location: Kochi, Kerala

About the Role:

As Quality and Compliance Manager, you will join our Business Services team within company to support and drive the management of our quality framework across all locations and to support quality and compliance activities for teams across the company.

Communication skills are fundamental to this role, as it will be required to work closely with senior managers across the business, with the prime focus being to drive world-class service from each of the teams and clients. Ensure tracking service delivery issues and reviewing action plans with each member of the team proactively to minimise reparative issues.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is highly organised, a strong communicator, and is happy working across a wide group of people and locations and has experience leading and driving.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role your key responsibilities will be:

Ensure a robust and effective quality and compliance framework and process is in place, and to optimise and improve wherever appropriate

Ensure a clear understanding of quality standards is embedded across day-to-day operational teams, and appropriate measurement and tracking is in place to assure this

Be responsible for minimising risk of quality issues impacting service performance

Effectively collaborate with UK stakeholders in the Services team to ensure a single view of quality and compliance good practice is shared, and rolled out across operational teams

Effectively collaborate with Operations team in Kochi to keep real time insights on service failures, ensuring timely reporting to wider Continuous Improvement forums, and ensure actions plans are in place to eliminate future recurrence

Work closely with Group Risk & Compliance to lead the internal audit schedule, including ensuring correct corrective action plans are in place and complete

Support with coordination of audits and assessments from both customers and central group team

Ensure all collateral is in place as needed within the team to support Quality, Risk and Compliance objectives for the Services team

Manage and lead the company ISO9001 and 27,0001 accreditations across the business working with key stakeholders across the team as required


Essential Skills:

Demonstrates good knowledge and experience on HR and Payroll systems and has a deeper understanding on the HR and Payroll lifecycle

Have experience managing third party provider relationships in respect of quality and compliance activities and audits

Demonstrates knowledge and experience in facilitating quality and compliance audits

Excellent communication skills, particularly written and verbal in English

Good organisational skills for supporting quality and compliance activities across a large and evolving organisation

Be competent in proactively supporting and progressing issues raised in a timely manner

Ability to work efficiently and effectively with both customers and central group team
