Job Summary:
We are seeking a Company Secretary to join our
team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal and governance support to the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
Provide legal and secretarial support to the Board of
Directors and Committees.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, RBI-NBFC regulations,
and other applicable laws.
Coordinate and minute meetings of the Board and Committees.
Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
Advise on corporate governance best practices.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including lawyers,
auditors, and regulators.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and compliance
with regulatory requirements.
Requirement:
Associate membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries
of India (ICSI).
Strong knowledge of Companies Act, RBI regulations, and
other applicable laws.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
