For a leading Financial Services and Stock broking company:

Position: Client Service Officer

Location: Kochi (Head Office)

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Salary: 20,000-25,000/month according to experience and performance 

Education: Graduate/PG any subject

Immediate joiners are preferred 

Interview mode: Face to Face at Kochi HO

Nature of Work

This is a client assistance role for the online application of company's platform.

The Client service officer will assist the customer or branch staff on usage or issue resolution pertaining to this online application only.

They will be contacted by the end user in case of any query or issues.

The ideal candidate should be a graduate with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi speaking will be an advantage

The working hours will be 9:30am-6:00pm from Monday-Friday and 1st Saturday will be working.

There are no sales targets for this role.
