We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Relationship Manager to join our team in India. As a Service RM, you will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and build strong relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention

- Work Closely with Wealth RMs to meet service needs of the customers

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Occasional customer meetings if required

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit, operations, and product teams, to ensure seamless service delivery

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements

- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry

- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including credit, deposits, and investments

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and revenue targets

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
