Should be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
It would be preferred that the candidate have completed some of the certifications and should have flexibility to travel to client for work within the work location and should have own transport.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Relationship Manager to join our team in India. As a Service RM, you will be responsible for managing and deepening relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and build strong
relationships to increase customer loyalty and retention
- Work Closely with Wealth RMs to meet service needs of the
customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer
complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Occasional customer meetings if required
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit,
operations, and product teams, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity,
and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and
regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or
a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services,
including credit, deposits, and investments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building
skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales
and revenue targets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity
software
