Min 10 Years with 5 years in leading process transformation

Role accountabilities and responsibilities: 

You will: 

• Take a data-led approach to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and defining analysis and improvement plans across all geographies (India, UK, ROI) 

• Identify innovative improvements that will transform Services, responding at pace, being proactive and increasing efficiency and compliance. 

• Take the lead in the next phase of our strategic automation programme, to optimise embedding of our current solution, and ensuring full benefits realisation in Kochi. 

• Own the quality assurance framework and ensuring it is both kept up to date and adhered to.  This also includes supporting operational teams with necessary action plans to improve performance where needed, to meet quality targets. 

• Assure compliance to internal processes and quality controls and support the internal audit teams undertake central activities. 

• Own the development and maintenance of the suite of standard process maps. 

• Input to the backlog of Services product enhancements based on improvements identified. 

• Lead a monthly quality assurance forum to review issues and opportunities, and to ensure appropriate action plans are in place and driven through to resolution. 

• Have oversight of the Insights and Operational Readiness teams based in Kochi, as part of the wider transformation function 

Essential Skills/behaviours: 

You will have: 

• Experience leading and delivering large scale change programmes across geographies  

• Demonstrable experience of identifying, delivering and embedding transformational change that achieves measureable impact to customer experience and the bottom line. 

• Experience working in a fast-paced organisation working as part of a matrix based structure. 

• Strong team leadership skills with experience creating and leading a high performing team.  

• Knowledge of business improvement methodologies e.g. Six Sigma including problem solving and root cause identification and also change management principles, methodologies and tools. 

• Strong knowledge of business analysis and process design standards 

• Strong data analysis and story telling  

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle 

• Experience driving quality and compliance to agreed processes and controls, as agreed internally and externally with clients. 

• Experience of communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levels, establishing and maintaining strong relationships 

• Confidence to challenge current ways of working and define and deliver improvements. 

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal 

• Excellent active listening skills 

• Experience in Payroll and HR industry would be highly advantageous
