Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Head to lead and optimize our operations with experience in online, FMCG, e-commerce, or retail industry. The successful candidate will oversee the entire operations process, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Forecast operational requirements and develop plans to meet demand and achieve efficiency.

2. Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

• Utilize data analysis to monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

3. Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product and service standards are met.

• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.

6. Budget and Cost Management:

• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or efficiency.

7. Technology and Innovation:

• Leverage technology to streamline operations and drive innovation.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep operations competitive.

8. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard operations.

9. Customer Experience:

• Work closely with customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and drive operational improvements.

10. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align operational activities with business goals.

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the online, FMCG, e-commerce, or retail industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and leading diverse teams.

• Strong knowledge of operational processes, supply chain management, and quality control.

• Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
