A premium brand Senior Citizens Living Care Home Group is looking for Client Interaction Associate for their facility at Trivandrum, Kerala location.


Job location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Salary: 15k-20kpm.  Bonus and allowances as applicable 

Experience: Candidates with excellent English communication skill. Preferred telecalling experienced or BPO experienced candidates.


Interview: Online or F2F at Trivandrum

Gender: Female

Age: Below 35

Preferred Trivandrum based candidates. 


Responsibilities and Duties

• Be the front-line support and engage a passionate community of clients

• Responsible for a portfolio of client accounts, Customer Service Assistant help to ensure the successful implementation and retention of all clients assigned to their team

• Understand the needs of Seniors and propose solutions accordingly.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and explain the product and services offered by the company.

• Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.

• Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals & prepare weekly and monthly reports for the team.

• Continuous follow-up with clients until prospects is converted into walk in. 

• Direct prospects/positive leads to the Customer Success Manager for further processing/closing.

• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

• Go the “extra mile” to meet assigned targets and facilitate future sales.

• Will have to generate fresh leads from various sources.

• Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.

• Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.


Qualifications and education requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree and should be familiar with MS Office

• Proven working experience in providing customer service support with proficiency in English and Malayalam

• Great interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills & ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
