In-depth knowledge in 3DS Max/ Sketch up / V Ray or equivalent is required. Should have the capability of handling design and clients independently.
• Maintain and optimize local company networks and servers • Be responsible for device and password management • Oversee data backup and system security operations (e.g. user authorization, firewalls) • Manage installations, upgrades and configurations of hardware and software • Assess system performance and recommend improvements • Resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers • Ensure data is handled, transferred or processed according to legal and company guidelines • Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk • Control costs and budgets regarding IT systems • Software Development and their procedures • Manage contracts with vendors (e.g. development platforms, telecommunication companies, password managers) and software licenses • Develop IT policies and practices • Managing teams of technicians, system engineers and other IT staff.
Maintenance, Finalization, Consolidation of Books of Accounts • Coordinate and complete the Annual Audits • Direct and Indirect Tax related compliances • Liaising with Government departments • Preparation of projections, budgets and variances • Supervision and guidance to the accounts, tax and audit department in the group.
Knowledge of corporate laws, rules and regulations with related amendments. • Conducting and coordinating with various types of meetings. • Time management and multi-tasking • Compliance management • Meticulous planning • Drafting of various types of minutes, agreements, contracts and other legal & secretarial documents. • Liaison with statutory Bodies like ROC, NCLT etc. • Basic computer knowledge with understanding of technology to guide implementation. • Knowledge of statutory framework.
